Trump imposes a four-year safeguard tariff-rate quota on quartz surface products
A July 31 presidential proclamation created a four-year tariff-rate quota for covered quartz surface products after the U.S. International Trade Commission found increased imports were a substantial cause of serious injury to the domestic industry.
